      PROJECT MANAGER
     
 
  Responsibilities:
To oversee and manage the development projects including project management, contract administration, construction site management, liaison with authorities, consultants and project team.
To manage and support all aspects and stages of projects including; pre-design, design, construction, client communication, liaising with contractors, tendering, contract administration, coordination of relocations and completion.
To plan, implement and monitor the projects to ensure compliance within budget, safety and requirements.
To ensure that the team is managing the flow of the projects.
Coach & manage the project team, carry out performance appraisal and build competent teams.
Communicate & organize project meetings and provide regular update to the management and project teams.
   
  Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/Material Science) or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in project management or project lead roles.
An in-depth knowledge in engineering principles, design concepts and applications.
Experience of leading /managing multiple projects simultaneously across businesses.
Must be a team-player to be successful in this role.
Demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, planning and organization, people management and communication skills.
Proven experience in report writing and making presentations.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Positive mindset and able to work under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment.
Possess drive, motivation and resourcefulness to achieve the company’s objectives.
 
     
 
      SERVICE & MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT MANAGER
     
 
  Responsibilities:
To oversee and manage the development of building service and maintenance works including preventive maintenance, service management, contract administration, service site management, liaison with authorities, consultants and maintenance team.
Experience in trouble-shooting, upgrading and maintenance work.
To ensure that the team is managing the flow of the maintenance works.
Coach & manage the maintenance team, carry out performance appraisal and build competent teams.
Communicate & organize meetings and provide regular update to the management and maintenance teams.
   
  Requirements:
Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Building Services) or its equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in building services management or building services lead roles.
Excellent Customer Service skills and able to interact with different level of people.
Possess good analytical and problem solving skills.
Good verbal & written communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Must be a team-player to be successful in this role.
Demonstrated strong leadership, initiative, planning and organization, people management and communication skills.

      SALES ENGINEER / EXECUTIVE
     
 
  Responsibilities:
Identify sales prospect with action plan to achieve monthly/ annual sales target.
Actively participate and coordinate with team member within Sales & Marketing Department to ensure right resources being channel to support business development.
To work closely with management team in achieving overall company business strategy and revenue.
   
  Requirements:
Relevant experience in selling technical products/ system to industries.
Aggressive and dynamic in servicing existing customers and building new account.
Min 1 year related experience in generating sales tender/proposal/quotation to M & E Consultants/ contractors and/ or government agencies in fire fighting system design and integration.
Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related field.
Candidates who do not have the qualifications but have relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Possess own transport.
 
     
 
      ASSISTANT ENGINEER [under TELSOURCE (M) SDN. BHD.]
     
 
  Responsibilities:
Actively participate in new product introduction and project.
To provide technical support/ troubleshooting on related system or on going project.
To provide technical advice and support to customer.
To assist in demonstrations, presentations and system evaluation.
To conduct in–house, on-site training and monitor site progress.
Handle customers’ complains document, customers’ requirement and established procedures.
   
  Requirements:
Possess at least Degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Building Services) or equivalent qualification.
1-2 years of working experience in similar capacity is an added advantage.
Good technical background.
Familiar and hands-on technical experience in access network equipment would be added advantage.
Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Computer literate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Possess own transport.
